ICL was established in April 2002 in Whangarei Northland. We saw a need for low cost high quality Digital CCTV systems to enable the majority of business to benefit from a traditionally very expensive technology.  To realize this we sourced high quality products from Asia and import directly, this allows us to sell our products at wholesale prices directly to the end users making Digital CCTV systems affordable for most clients. 

We have established an excellent reputation for our service and quality with leading businesses in Northland in addition to working for the NZ Police and The Whangarei District Council.
